The warranty for any Thermomix ® purchased in Australia and New Zealand can be transferred from one owner to the next.
Simply provide the following information to customerservice@thermomix.com.au with the subject: Transfer of Warranty:
- Proof of purchase
- Original customer’s Order Number and
- Serial Number or Base Number. These numbers can be found on the base of the Thermomix ®.
- Original customer’s details (if known)
